University of Texas of the Permian Basin Application Requirements

To apply to the university as an incoming freshman, candidates must complete an electronic application on the ApplyTexas website. The requirements to apply for entry as an incoming freshman are as follows:

The standardized test score guidelines are as follows:

If a student has achieved a rank within the top 10 percent, there is no minimum test score for admission.

If a student has achieved a rank within the top 11-25 percent, a minimum score of 950 on the SAT and 19 on the ACT is required.

If a student has achieved a rank within the second quarter of their class, a minimum score of 1000 on the SAT and 20 on the ACT is required.

If a student has achieved a rank within the third quarter of their class, a minimum score of 1150 on the SAT and 24 on the ACT is required.

If a student has achieved a rank in the fourth quarter of their class, a minimum score of 1250 on the SAT and 27 on the ACT is required.

It is also required that students must not have attended college or completed any college coursework.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is a degree available completely online and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
