Campbellsville University is a private university located on 80 acres approximately half a mile from downtown Campbellsville, KY. Clay Hill Memorial Forest, an educational and research woodland being developed by the Division of Natural Science, is another portion of the campus located seven miles from the main campus. In addition to the main campus, Campbellsville also has regional centers located in Harrodsburg, Hodgenville, Louisville, and Somerset. Founded in 1906 as Russell Creek Academy, a Baptist institution, the Academy developed a four-year curriculum and expanded the graduate program to gain university status in 1996. The University is now open to all denominations and currently enrolls more than 3,000 students.

• When provisionally accepted, provide a $100 enrollment deposit.

• Three letters of recommendation using the MSW Recommendation Form from community leaders, teachers, professionals or pastors who are familiar with the student’s learning and social skills. If applicable, one letter should be from an employer in the field of Social Work.
• A signed Statement of Understanding affirming the student’s support for NASW Code of Ethics and the standard of the MSW program.
